Our passion for Stand Out Consultancy came from understanding the challenges that may occur within families, foster care, and residential care settings. We believe if the environment around an individual is supportive, nurturing, uplifting, positive, passionate and honest, this is the start of building trust and mapping out positive futures.

We understand that there are times in our lives where we face challenges, Stand Out Consultancy are here to support settings to thrive, develop and grow. We provide an impartial service; our consultants are here to support and mentor you and your teams.

We have over 25 years of experience working in the health and social care sector within Ofsted registered Children’s Home’s, CQC registered adult residential homes and supported living, supporting individuals with complex health needs, significant trauma, learning disabilities, complex behaviours and self-regulation. Our support and experience ranges from early years through to end-of-life care.

Stand Out Consultancy is based in Harlow, Essex and offer an extensive range of Services in Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Kent.
